What is Cerberus weak to in OSRs? ›

As a hellhound-type boss, Cerberus has high offensive stats (220) but has a low Defence level (100). She is weak to melee attacks, primarily crush-based ones. She is slightly resistant to stab attacks and resistant against slash, magic and ranged attacks.

Defeating Cerberus requires a Slayer level of 91, along with a task of hellhounds or Cerberus herself. In the event of a hellhound or elite clue scroll task, wild pies may be used to boost the player's Slayer level.

Cerberus, covered in miasma, makes for a terrifyingly powerful boss. The size of his arena should give you pause, and so should the size of his paws. You'll need to be quick on your feet and learn your openings quickly to take this beast down.

Cerberus has a few different special attacks all of which can be deadly if not dealt with correctly. For the majority of the fight, you should use the protect from magic prayer and attack with melee.

Cerberus goes as far to use Reaper technology to indoctrinate war refugees and create soldiers loyal to the Illusive Man, quickly creating a sizable army by the time of the game's beginning. With this, almost every soldier and personnel in Cerberus is indoctrinated.

560 BC, often shows Heracles using his wooden club against Cerberus. Euripides has Amphitryon ask Heracles: "Did you conquer him in fight, or receive him from the goddess [i.e. Persephone]? To which Heracles answers: "In fight", and the Pirithous fragment says that Heracles "overcame the beast by force".

These rare (1/512 chance) yet valuable crystals (Primordial crystals are worth 31,823,543) make the average Cerberus kill worth 97,493.00. However, while average profit per hour may be high, actual profit per hour at Cerberus depends greatly on whether unique drops are received.

If the player character has the Robotics Expert perk, the player can disable Cerberus' combat inhibitor via a dialogue option. This grants negative Karma and turns Cerberus permanently hostile.

As a mini-boss, Cerberus is immune to all instant kills, including Death Ray, so it cannot be countered by this skill.

Projectiles of Cerberus can best be parried by moving towards it as the projectile is thrown. Otherwise, it will land in front of player's feet.

Can you pet Cerberus? ›

Petting him 10 times earns the Three-Headed Boy achievement, which is an indicator that you're at least halfway there.

The key to the Cerberus boss fight is to keep your distance and take your time. Cerberus has many heavy-hitting, close-range attacks that can absolutely obliterate your HP, so hanging around him for any length of time is generally not a good idea.

Prayers are unlocked as the level in the skill goes up. They can assist the player in combat, for instance with boosted Attack, immunity to Magic damage, or faster Hitpoint regeneration.
